• Project Management: Act on behalf of the customers during critical HCM projects to strategically mange the tasks, team and ensure successful, timely completion of crucial projects. This includes client side implementation project manager, staff augmentation, advisory services, and training.
• Review and Optimization: Work with clients to review overall HCM system setup to ensure clients are fully utilizing system capabilities and maximizing their return on investment (ROI).
• Post Go Live Support:  Assist with system modifications to address mergers, acquisitions, policy changes, union contracts, etc.
• Open Enrollment Support: Support customers with benefit enrollment planning, updates and new configuration prior to open enrollment period.
• Year-End Payroll Support: Partner with customer to review, audit and prepare for year-end processes.
